Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 business days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Contact Customer Service:

Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

Return Instructions:

After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

Ship the Item Back:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.)

You can download the free waybill after passing the preliminary verification of returns from the page. Print the waybill and post the return parcel for free with the waybill you just printed. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

Return Conditions:

You have 30 business days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 business days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Charge:

If the return is due to our fault (such as incorrect products or quality problems), we will provide a full refund. If the return is due to the buyer’s issue (such as disliking the item, ordering the wrong product, or wrong size), we will also provide a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged for product returns.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at managerautoliftsupply@gmail.com.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at managerautoliftsupply@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $70, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Address:

To start a return, please contact us at managerautoliftsupply@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
